CSCS tips

Hi all

I am new to this forum and going to start study for CSCS.
So looking for study partner and valuable tips from "CSCS holders".

So anyone studying for CSCS right now are welcome to share any tips and ideas.

Best Regards

Judging from your present certifications, you already have a good base of knowledge.

What I found from the CSCS exam is that they dive right into scientific questions such as the proper VO2 Max for a male swimmer. I would suggest, if you don't have already, the updated edition to the Essentials of Strength and Conditioning textbook that can be found off of the NSCA website.

The text has many practice exams that you can take to prepare yourself for every subject available at the end of each chapter. Also, they have practice exams and quizes on website. check it out.

Thanx for the reply.

yesterday I ordered "NSCA essential.." text book. I also found all other materials like DVD, practice exam dvd, symposium only in $100.

So now waiting for text book.

Practical Assesment

Well guys, hows it going? I have applied for the CSCS exam and have it in early November here in Ireland. My studying has been going well but I just have a few questions if anybody can help. What way does the practical assesment go, do we instruct people through the exercises and just correct their form? and what way does the speed and agility parts go as there are no exercises to study as far as I can see. Maybe i'm missing something really obvious so any help would be great, thanks
