Today is Monday and I have officially started my new healthy lifestyle. I am so excited and scared at the same time. I hope I can trust myself in doing this. I know that I have to. My purpose of the Journey logging is to look back and see how much I have grown as a person, in confidence, knowledge and shrunk in face, hips and thighs. LOL. Today I ate small portioned meals and ran for 30 min. non stop. Yea ME!!! Going to have a protien shake right now and not eat after that. and go for a nice walk.
