Well I know some people here will like this, I'm on a quest to get abs.. Simple right? Except I won't do any abdominal isolation. No crunches, no sit ups, no fancy ab machines. I'll be lifting heavy squats, and doing as many exercises as possible including a swiss ball..
They might not be as round or protruding as they could be, but they'll be there.
Oh, and I'm cutting
Keep in mind that I haven't done a direct ab exercise in over 3 months.
