hey guys this is my first post. i started working out last spring and i lost 60 pounds so far. anyway .i have to right a paper about advertising teaching us to think that money can buy happiness and quick solutions work the best.........so im comparing that 6 second ab machine on tv with good old fasion crunches and working out........my question is how do regular crunches work better than those "quick" solutions on tv.....feel free to elaborate in as much detail as you wish. thanks
