i just want to make sure i am experiencing the right results after my crunches so i know they are working.i do 150 crunches a night followed by a run for 1 mile i have only been doing it a week but the day after if i sit down i can see my abs or if i bounce up and down i can see them.does this mean my crunches are working as im guessin i can see my abs because they are tense from the crunches.also is 1mile of jogging enough to burn fat.i am new to this site so sorry if its in the wrong thread.
