CrossFit.com

I wanted to get some opinion on Crossfit.com. Has anyone heard of it? I did the workout of the day pretty consistently over the summer and I got in amazing shape. Now I do it maybe twice a week. If you've never heard of it, check it out and let me know what you think.
 
It helped my strength endurance and conditioning for jiu jitsu significantly. I don't really do the WOD's anymore, but I use similar principles in my training.
 
Yeah I like it because I think I am much more "fit" than when I do the basic lifting and cardio routines. Also I really like how it incorporates power lifting withing high intensity fast paced routines that not only make you want to throw up but build strength and size as well.

Probably because he feel like crap after a workout. That's what crossfit can do to you. I've been there a few times.
 
Yesterday I could've used that bucket. I'm curious what the official word is on doing Crossfit (continuous high intensity workout) compared with HIIT workouts, small breaks. When I do them for 15-20 min straight I feel like my heart is going to explode and want to puke.
 
I've heard of it and poked around their website many times.

The website has TONS & TONS of information about different exercises. I absolutely LOVE the videos that show you how to do exercises.

If anything, it's a great informational site for those of us who are out-of-shape and just learning.
