Hey guys, i've mostly lurked the forum and i've only once ever been serious about losing weight (lost about 15 pounds) and just kind of slacked off since then.

This time I dont want to make the same mistake, so I decided to make a diary for my journey. Thanks for reading it and good luck to everyone trying to achieve their goals!

I'm about 220 pounds right now, and want to slim down to 175ish and then bulk up. :)

Edit: It'd be appreciated if someone gives me some nutrition advice, I eat way too much carbs right now and I want to get that down and eat healthy.. but i'm a vegetarian so I don't eat meat =/
