Critique My Workout

This is my weekly workout:

Sunday- Rest
Monday- Chest and Legs
Tuesday- Arms, back, and shoulders
Wed- I hr of cardio
Thursday- Chest and Legs
Friday- Arms, back, and shoulders
Saturday- I hr of cardio

On the days I weight train, I do 1/3 of my workout at home bfore work and the rest at the gym afterwards.

Opinions?

yes, definitely agree.

why part of the workout at home and some at the gym? doesn't make any sense to me at all. If you don't have legs, this may be ok - where are the leg exercises? squats, deadlifts. give more detail than just naming body parts/muscle groups...exercises, sets, reps...your goal(s). etc.
