Critique my Routine

Hi Guys..I just need some help with my new workout plan. I started working out 3 weeks ago and I have already lost 5 pounds, but I feel like I have hit a plateau. I am currently 5' 6, and I weigh 128, but I want to get down to 123. I workout for 1 hour Mon-Fri:
Mon- 30 mins. of weight training- biceps & chest -15 mins. of cardio
Tues- 45 mins of cardio- 15 mins. of abs
Wed- 30 mins. of weight training- triceps & back- 15 mins. of cardio
Thurs-45 mins of cardio- 15 mins. of abs
Fri- 30 mins. of weight training- legs & shoulders- 15 mins. of cardio

My diet has been really good lately.. I've been eating 5 small meals a day containing carbs and protein, and I haven't has junk food since I started. I really want to get toned up and loose some belly fat before vacation on July 24th..and advice would really: help!!
Thanks!!:)

Here are the typical excersizes I do:
Chest- Dumbell presses, and flys
Shoulders- standing dumbell presses, side raises, and bent over raises
Back- Pulldowns, Dumbell Rows,
Triceps- Dumbell extensions, bench dips
Biceps- Dumbell curls, barbell curls, and hammer curls
Legs- All the machines at the gym!! (i dont know what they are called) along with squats and lunges
Abs- Crunches on stability ball, and some ab machines with weights

Cardio- On the days that i do 45 mins. I try to run with intervals. i just started running so what I did today was i ran for 5, walked for 30 seconds, and just kept repeating that. Then on the days I only do cardio for 30 mins I either do the elliptical, stair stepper, or the bike.

Hi Lynn- I feel like I've hit one becuase the excersises are becoming easier for me, they feel very robotic. The first two weeks I shed pounds, not inches, and now I'm pretty much staying the same. My body fat is 21%, so I know I have some to loose haha. Now that I'm thinking about it, it may also be that I am already bored with my regualr routine. Do you have any suggestions of how to change it around? Thanks!

Hazel, if the exercises are getting easier, you may want to increase the weight slightly. Or you could change what exercises you are doing, to reduce your boredom. I know, personally I couldn't do the same routine day in and day out. Just mix up your exercises and I think that may help keep you motivated. JMO :)

Ditto. 21% body fat and wanting to lose more will really require a focus on nutrition and proper strength training. By "proper" I mean lifting the correct weight.
