Critique my mass building workout.

Tell me what you think! I'm on week 3 of this cycle and i love it! it will go a total of 6 weeks. I am already seeing gains in strength and mass. I will be doing this same workout after a 2 week break from this cycle. Any suggestions would be more then welcome!

This workout is done mon, tues, thurs, fri
I do 2 sets of 6 reps per exercise. I lift heavy and those 6 reps are not easy by any means. often the second set i fight through the last rep or 2. sometimes not even getting 6 clean reps. tell me what you think!

Chest

Bench
Incline Dumbbell Press
Dumbbell Flys
Box Lifts


Back

Deadlifts
Lat Pulldowns
T-bar Row
Dumbbell Rows


Legs/ Shoulders

Squats
SLDL
Calf raises

Shoulder press
Side Raises
Bent over raises


Bis/ Tris

Straight Barbell curl
Incline Dumbbell curl
Hammer curl
Pushdowns
Skull crushers
Overhead extensions
 
Looks like a good program excercise wise. Only thing i see missing is a direct trap excercise. I would add a few sets onto the legs thou. Over the course of the week the total volume on your legs/back/chest should exceed your bis/tris.

btw what are box lifts?

i forgot to add shrugs... i do those on my shoulder and leg day...

box lifts are basicly standing cable flys from the bottom of the rack...
pull in and straight up as if you were lifting a box with both hands places directly under the box... its a great way to finish off our chest workout...
