Hey, all... so here is my story, about 3yr's ago. I was 92kg... and way 2 much body fat at 177cm.

In this time, I went on a diet for a while, and dropped down 2 85kg, then put on back 2 88kg... I then started 2 gym. I pretty much only lifted weights, and in a year I went down 2 78kg, and now I've down 2 74-75kg... at around 15-16% body fat.

I think the area's that are laggin, well 2 me at least is my chest, arms, traps, and maybe my rear delts.

I've got decent size legs, and I've I love how broad my back is... My calves are also pretty big...

Also I need 2 drop my bofyfat down... and Cause of being a fatty... I don't think I eat enough, cause I'm scared 2 gain fat... so hence my gains haven't been as inpressive as I would have liked.

I do know that I need 2 do some cardio, but I also hate cardio... I also think I need a decent workout plan, cause I've been out of action for 2 weeks due 2 flu... I was on a 5x5... and my stregth went up like crazy in 3weeks went up 4kg each hand on DB press, in 3 weeks...

So what u guys think ?
