Creatine

I know it's not FDA approved, but should some one trying to loose fat + gain muscle try taking this? Thoughts?
 
not approved by the FDA is a good thing it seems ;)

IMO, creatine is better suited to those who have been lifting for years and have had good results and experience under their belts. the main deal with creatine is that it allows you to push more reps with more weight. thus you're subjecting your muscles to a greater workload over what you could normally do. if good nutrition and adequate recovery follow, then good gains can be had.
