to get the true effect from it, your muscles have to be saturated with it. this will take time. taking it before a workout will not have any effect on that particular workout.

the popular opinion is to take it after a workout because your body is more receptive to the effects of food on insulin levels. the creatine will go along for the ride and get shuttled into the muscle.

but my opinion is too just be sure to take it each day. :)
 
i only have a half container of it left..i use to use it intill i started getting headaches from it..but then i found out i was taking a little too much..so now im going to finish it up..do you think it will be a waste of time since theres just a little left?
 
I have to go with abear on this one. Creatine monohydrate will simply do you no good pre-workout when you're ATP-PC levels are already saturated. During and after workout are your best choices to take it. Go ahead and finish up the bottle.
