Creatin??

creatin is suppose to make you last longer and lets your muscle heal up faster.

But if you ever get off it you feel like you are getting weaker
 
as of this point in time, it is safe to take for the majority of ppl. there have been a few instances where ppl have had issues with it, but most of those came from taking it improperly.

it doesnt help you gain muscle faster and easier, it basically allows you to lift more weight for more reps. theres alot of info in the supplement FAQ thread ;)
 
like abear says, creatine is about energy transport in the muscle cells, and making sure you have enough for effective/efficient energy production during a workout.

so, indirectly, creatine supplementation can help you hit your peak NATURAL energy levels during a workout. If the workout routine is good, and diet is good, then this supplementation COULD translate into better gains.

that's the 'nutshell' answer. I'd still suggest you read the FAQ, if anything to avoid buying any useless supps.
 
so when do we get off the creatine??
almost finished with my 1st can.

if i do get off the stuff, will i lose weight rapidly, back to my starting weight
 
you can stop creatine whenever you choose, its not a necesscity. you may lose some water weight, but you wont lose any muscle size unless ones training isnt up to par.

you may lose some strength but those who know to cycle their training dont really notice much at all.
