Crappy Weekend...

Well..

I had a three day weekend.

Only worked out 1 of the three days. Too much gaming with buddies I suppose.

I felt dragged back into my old lifesyle of gaming non-stop with small breaks for food.

Then I got a craving on sat to eat a bag of friggin cookies (around 800 cals).

Then last night I ate way too much going out to a sit down dinner for my first time in weeks. I think I was just starving then over ate.

Oh well. Time to get back on the bus to a better lifestyle after this pit stop.

Weekends are killing me.

I have gotten down to 286 the week before last. Then by Monday I was 290.

Then last week I got down to 286 and this AM I was 290.

Feeling down this am :(

Funk it. Time to get it back on again.

At least you realize that you ate something bad. Its always good to cheat a little, as long as you dont over do it. A 4lb fluctuation, dont worry about it. You're biggest asset is you're motivation, I have alot of confidence in ya.

Thanks man. It seems silly but your words help. Thanks for the reply.

If we never slipped and ate some crappy food, we wouldnt realize how guilty it makes us feel. Seeing those cookies on the scale the next day solidifies in our minds why we are doing what we do.

If it makes you feel better I slipped a fair bit last week when I was out of town skiing. We can both get our games faces back on and hit it harder.

I've been keeping up with your log....you've been doing great until your recent slip. Don't stress about it too much. Just remember how much it hurts to know you have just let yourself down maybe it'll help you avoid the bag next time. Stay positive and keep working.

Try to use the scale less and the mirror more. As tony already mentioned 4lbs up and down is nothing.

Thanks man. I'm back on my game as of today. Thanks for the comments.

I'm a hardcore gamer / inactive person, and I wen't from 230 to 140 and have kept the weight off since last year :) I still am pretty lazy and play games all the time...But soon I plan to start working out, until then...lazy lifestyle for me :)

I wish I could go back into my excercise mode like I did when I was losing weight.
