Countdown to Mrs Sunflower!

Hi, Sunflower:

I did not know you were a serious swimmer. I just rejoined the Y even though I have a pool in the yard, but it is too cold to use it and I must swim. I did 50 laps a day every day for several years. I was finally cleared for exercise by my neurologist and I love water. I play music every day which is highly physical and increases creativity and IQ plus decreases Alzheimer's disease. All the women in my family developed Alzheimer's so I am trying to outwit it. After several hours of counterpoint I have a clarity of mind that I like to imagine only Sam Harris would have.

You mentioned you enjoyed Margaret Atwood. I just reread all of Shirley Jackson and my favorite Dorothy Parker quote is, "You can lead a horticulture, but you can't make her think!"

As a child, I had a Barbie Doll that said,"Anything you can learn, I can learn better!" They switched what the girl dolls said with what the boy dolls said. The boy dolls said things like, "Let's go shopping and get manicures!"

I wonder why they never mentioned food. It might have changed the world.
 
Hi guys--I have been baaaaad and not posted. The new job has started and I am doing insane hours, a lot of work from home and trying to focus on an upcoming interview I have for a social work degree. I passed my maths exam (95%!) so that stress is over and done with now.

Eating has been poor.. I'm fine all day and then snacking heavily in the evening and eating too much at dinner. Weighing in tomorrow and I imagine I'll have lost nothing. Need to get my game face on. Too busy to post much else now, will be better and writing next week!!
 
Naughty Hana leaves the room & angelic Hana comes back in. No.......naughty Hana leaves the room & naughty Hana with her game face on comes back & STOPS snacking heavily in the evening!!!!

Yay Sunflower! I hope your days calm down a bit soon, I know being on the go constantly can be pretty stressful. Well done on showing that math test who's boss!
