Wow that is an intense day! Way to get those workouts in! Today has been much better than the rest of the week and I hope to keep it up! If you can do all that in one day imagine how much you do in a month and a year! Keep it up Alta - we love your contagious positive attitude on life! Good to have you here! Looking forward to enjoying the 140's with you!

Sorry guys...I know!..I've been so busy, I haven't had the chance to catch up on all my favorite people around here, YET:D!!...I'm coming ;)!

...I've been so swamped at work lately, and I don't know why...maybe it was all that forum chatting for like a week straight, that put me behind MOUNDS, it seems!...Hopefully, I'll catch up by tomorrow!! :D!

...I decided to go to the market, and Buy some food, but to try and take it back to mainly Raw, 75% , for at least like 2 weeks. One reason is to do a nice semi body cleanse, since I do eat chicken and meat now...no more for 2 weeks though:D!

...The last time, I went onto a Raw Food lifestyle, I got fully into it...with recipes and cakes and all!...:beating:...Now, for these two weeks, I really only have time to keep it BASIC AND VERY BASIC @ that!....soooooo...that means...my days will consist of looking like this:


**Brkfst-- Shake,( Almond Milk, Cinnamon, Sprouted Buckweat Oats, 1 Banana, Protein Powder, Blend, Flaxseeds) 1/2 grapefruit
**Snack-- 1 raw bar, or assorted soaked mixed nuts, dehydrated fruits (105 degrees less)
**Lunch--Salad, Mixed Greens, Mixed Almonds, Dehydrated fruits, tangerine, sprinkle ground feta cheese-very little, olive oil, sea salt, agave sweetner tsp
**Snack: --Fruit, or Raw Bar
**Dinner: --Shake, same as breakfast.
**Snack: Fruit, Raw Chocolate (have to get some ;) @ Whole Foods)


...And if I have to I will incorporate snacks as needed. The last time I did a full raw food diet for 4 1/2 months, I lost 2 dress sizes in 2 weeks!!! :eek:...I went from my one manufacturer size 6 Express, to size 2 Express and fast. It was a HUGE difference and I felt slimmer. This was this past April/July ish....but now...I feel pudgy....SO, I am going to go RAW for 2 weeks, and Hope to shed some quick lbs, before my trip in 15 days!!!! :party:.....Just so you guys can see AGAIN...haha

...!!! I can't wait!!!...I will still count calories and eat Raw as well, and exercise everyday!!! !...( don't worry...I'm enjoying today and cooked food, but I'm gonna work out to do it. No more cookies after today either..hahah) booo...and I don't have the time or the funds for the Raw cookies. Raw bars will have to do the trick!

I'll post Stats on what I ate and Exercise later....I got my workout on Yesterday, and Today ....and I am about to do some more!!! :D!!!

:party: yeaaa...girly!!!...We are going into the 140's!! I say we kick up the water and tea! I have been drinking tea by the gallons today, and though I feel full, Hibiscus tea actually....I am less hungry! I used to drink gallons of tea, and lbs would wipe off, or Inches ....either one!...hahah!! :D!!!

My bladder got me down....

Okay...so I've been drinking this Hibiscus tea and tons of it...I mean like 1 1/2 gallons of it ...maybe 2..for my bladder.....and I was SOOOO FULL LAST NIGHT..:puke:.ridiculous bloated, and I had to go pee a million times, and it still kinda hurts, and I didn't end up going to work out because I was dragged back to bed to cuddle :beating: , and I let myself. :banghead:

I was all ready though,..BUT...I guess depression, annoyance at my bladder, all of it came out in the form of ONE 99.cent DORITOS BAG, 4 Striped Chocolate Cookies, & 2 chunks of Chocolate... on top of everything I ate in ONE HOUR :(

Man...I'm telling you. And I knew that my calories were already almost 1,000 mid day already and I still ran to comfort food. :conehead: I did go to the market and buy clean snacks though, and I'm hoping to eat them today. :coolgleamA:

At the end of story, I am just going to do something I can maintain for the two weeks, and I BOUGHT the almond milk (not raw) and I also like the coffee in the morning and I had it today, but I know it's not good for me. So I'm going to snip that as well. :icon_bs: ANYWAY...I'm ready to start over today. I am still drowning in work, yet feel kinda bummed about yesterday's actions....I'm going to try and do the treadmill again today during lunch and sweat. And continue drinking water and this red tea til I pop..planning to go to the doctor this sat If all allows. :) Hopefully, this shit will gone by then, but still going. I was weak.:blush5:..and Now I am going to be STRONG!!!!!...I have Case studies tonight with 2 clients, so during Lunch, After 10 pm, and that's all the time I have for ME to work out. So have to make the best of it. I still constantly have to go pee, and the feeling is ANNOYING...I finish and I have to go again. Ugg..

At least I feel rested from last night. :)

:grouphug:I feel your pain! Those things are the worst! I got my first one a few months back and it was horrible! I don't blame you for missing your work out and having some feel better snacks! Don't stress tomorrow will be better. I was bad last night too :banghead:. I was doing so good all day and even had an awesome workout at spinning and then I got home had dinner and wasn't quite satisfied so I had a small snack and then my hunnie got out a secret stash of Halloween candy - I thought I had found it all and thrown it out but I was wrong :smash: I couldn't resist and ate it all with him - twizzlers, nibs, starburst, smarties - so many little boxes and wrappers. Then he had some hot genoa lunch meat and I ate at least 2 ounces of that too! My tummy hurt going to bed and I was sad. I woke up this morning feeling like the weekend and today are going to be good so that made me feel better. I'm not letting last night's episode get me down while I'm still feeling really motivated. Hi sweets, Thank you for all of your sweet comments in my diary. I hope you didn't give in to the Burritos! Why is it that we look for food when alone? Hey, there's nothing wrong with our own company! We don't need to shovel food in our mouths just because we're alone! I do the same when I'm home alone at night. It's crazy! I try not to have any rubbish food in the house but Sultanas & other dried fruit are my weakness. There are lots of advantages with living in the country & if my pantry only has really healthy snacks I'm ok. I don't even know what a Burrito is. Sending you a big hug, your Aussie friend, Cate.

the closest i have been to a burrito is getting the "botanas" from eating bean soup (botanas are my code word for having gas)....

I wish I could have stopped at two pieces! I ate 2 ounces of it until it was all gone! I was home alone Saturday night too and did the same thing but way worse! Today is a new day and the start to a new week - think topless beach everytime you go to grab something bad. Or just take off your top and see if you still want it. It might work. Let's rock it this week Alta!
