Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

actually I lie.....I REALLY REALLY want buffalo wings and beer right now! :drool5:! I'm weak right now!!!!!
Oh and yes! I did break that day..and I ate them!! Buffalo wings...:reddevil: and 2 beers!!! ....I ate 6 :eek: ...I was really full by 3 ...but shit I just paid for them...!! hahaha!!!

...The other day I was thinking about how when I was little my mom would tell me it's a SIN to throw away food when people in other countries and our country didn't have anything to eat!....

...How many times did I learn to reinforce finishing my plate!!!?!?!?! ...because it was the "correct" thing to do...not because of what my stomach told me I was full.....

...It's funny how many people actually think like this too & have learned the same "thrifty: habits of making our own stomach's the garbage disposal ...though it goes against what our body and stomach say to us...and THEN THE FULL FEELING!

...We went to a liquor store on our way back from San Diego and I wanted a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup...but they only had these little Tree Looking like ones ....and about half way to the pinkie sized chocolate....I thought...that's enough...I just wanted to taste...:iagree:...I don't need to devour the whole thing really...

...and I asked him if he wanted the rest cause I saw a trash can...and he said.."No..but babe..that's a waste."

....hmmmm....I explained to him my theory of me not having to be the garbage disposal because if you think about the food your wasting YES....it's bad...but if you think about the YEARS off your life that you are saving with better health....WHAT'S WORTH MORE AND CAN COST YOU MORE TO FIX IN THE END?!?!?!?!

...exactly!...:D!....and I threw it away.

...today's meal...looks kinda like yesterday's except for NO Chicken and Quinoa...but YES for an egg sandwich. :)

EXERCISE UPDATE: I didn't do anything yesterday in regards to exercise...cause the FIRES are getting crazy here...I actually attempted and went to the gym at 6:30 in the morning..and the BUTTHOLE at the desk wouldn't let me in...cause I don't have my ID and they STOLE MY SHIT!..FUCKN' ASSHOLE!...had no compassion...! I was mad...and I went home to meditate...cause the way he said it was like A JERK!

....The air quality is so POOR and ashes are flying everywhere...sooooo I figure wait until tomorrow...though I'm sure it's gonna be the same still!

Tendon Update: Feeling back to normal!!!...Amazing what a week almost week and a half off your running can do for yoU!!!

...cause from the inside out...it feels like failure over and over and over again...yet my spirit hasn't failed, my attempts do.....but thank you once again!!!....I love that some people are inspired by me. It's veryyyyyyyyyyyy humbling to even think anyone reads this. :grouphug:..........You can have Anything you want!!! And you are determined enough to be here getting inspiration and that is AMAZING in itself. I wish you luck as well.!!! ;)

...I actually thought about the same thing yesterday in regards to the weight training...and whipped out Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video. It was only 20 mins...but I'm sore....with 8lb weights...She does a Cardio-Strength-Abs intevals --3 sets in 20 mins. Made me realize how not in strength shape I am ...hahaha...Cause everything is killing me today!!! I'm not sure if I could do her videos 5-7 times a week,,but 3 times sounds do able.!!! :D!

I really like the quote you posted about no stopping at pain but only until exhausted, we've got to push push push...sometimes. I guess more so finding the right balance. Don't want to tucker you out. Especially when we do have a break, and than we slowly work our way back into the high speed of everything, (called life) I think you celebrate yours quite well (living). Remember to give yourself a *high five* for even the smaller steps, even if they've been done, or done at a triple pace.

Right now I can't seem to get over this hump of not running and bingeing more. Even though I've gone harder, and longer than this, I have to keep in check that I am still making an effort towards good things to come.

and DANG I eat a lot of the same foods as you, so if I ever were to cross over to raw, I'm closer than I thought I was. :D LOL

Last weekend sounded like a BLAST!!

I hear ya on this one! It must have been the long weekend making us drink so much! you've come so far to just throw it away again - get out there and start running again! I think because it is Monday (well not really) but the start to the work week we are still feeling the downs of the weekend and by tomorrow we will have some motivation back. Here's to hoping anyway!

2-Saturday: 6 mile Run @ Balboa (so hot!) (600 cals burned)

3-Sunday: 2.5 hour bike ride on Stationary bike, 3 min. of 5 lbs hoola hoop, arm stretches (1, 075 cals burned)

4-Monday: 45-50 min. Power Yoga video -true core (hard!) (450 bike cals + 250 cals yoga= 700 cals burned)1 hour Stationary Bike @ home

5-Tuesday: 35-40 mins of Yoga Stretches.--nice ab work-again. (75 cals-120 cals burned)

6-Wednesday: day off

7-Thursday: 1 hour 4.5 mile UPHILL run to the HOLLYWOOD SIGN ..@ 4:30 pm -95 degrees outside--with a NICE breeze, hot as hell though, got extra crispy skin..hahah-+ 30 mins of Power Yoga (450-500 cals for run + 100 avg. for yoga= 600 cals burned)

8-Friday: 1 1/2 hour Stationary Bike ride- 125 crunches ( mixed) & 10 mins of 5lb. Hoola Hoop (700-725 cals)

9-Saturday (08/01/09): (weigh in day)--I FUCKN GAINED 2lbs!!!! 151lbs! no exercise

10-Sunday: no exercise

11-Monday: 9 mile HILL run-2 times back and Forth to the Hollywood Sign-2 hour run!(about 1,000 cals burned)..!

12-Tuesday: day off

13-Wednesday: 5.5 mile run= 4.5 mile Run up to the Hollywood Sign + 1 mile cool down run=
(550-600 calories burned)-Hills

14-[B]Thursday:.(8/6/09-TODAY....class, got home super late-no exercise-(tired day off)[/B]

15.- Friday: No exercise

16- Saturday- clean the house-dance/yoga-10 mins. ---but no real exercise

17- Sunday----9 mile 12 HUGE hills training RUN~& 40 mins. of Stationary Bike!!!!!...(about 1,350 cals burned together) :D!

18- Monday---30 mins of HOT as HELL sauna w/ Yoga moves at gym (200-300 cals burned) + 40 mins of Stationary Bike @ home! (337.50 cals= 637.50 cals...around there...600 cals assume burned)

19-Tuesday: Day off

20-Wednesday: 4.5 miles w/ 6 Huge hills to Hollywood hills training run again! :D!

21-Thursday: 40 mins. Stationary Bike in the morning b4 work. :D!!...Wooot Woooot...let's DO THIS MORNING THING!!! ;)

23-Saturday-rafting and sitting for 6-7 hours-not much exercise-purse stolen

26- Tuesday- 30 mins Sauna after school (dripping sweat and 5 mins of Yoga moves in there.)-feeling lazy

27- Wednesday: 30 mins. of Power Yoga (after work b4 night school) & 30 mins. of Sauna w/ Yoga moves @ Bally's after school.

28-Thursday: (08/20/09) (158lbs) 30 mins. of Stationary Bike w/ arm movements-circles-morning b4 work, 1 mile Run Hill repeats before night school-w/ helena, 30 mins. Core Power Yoga abs video b4 school w/ Helena, 30 mins. of Naked Core Dance Yoga...nothing sexier than watching your curves move and Love them! (after school at night...lots of sweat!)= 3 workouts today. :D! Yea!

29- Friday: 30 mins. of Suana w/ Yoga Moves in there-tons of sweat @ Ballys -w/ Ivette and Coco-b4 work (Day one of morning Gym!) 30 mins. of Arm weights and some Butt Reps on Machines-circuit

30- Saturday- No Exercise

31- Sunday- 4.5 mile Run only because my foot chafed with New Shoes. :(

32- Monday: 10 mile run @ Balboa--on the new 10 mile course. :D! (a little tendon issue on right leg and tendon on left bottom foot! :(), 20 mins of Sauna with Yoga moves in there.

33-Tuesday- 30 min incline walk on the treadmill at 8.5 incline and 2.9 speed (recovery for tendon)..after work, b4 school.and 30 mins of Sauna...(massaging leg in there.).-with Coco at Gym..Doing that this whole week.

34-Wednesday--RECOVERING TENDON--REST

35-Thursday- RECOVERING TENDON--REST

36: Friday-Morning Gym-supposed to go with Christine. She overslept. 30 mins. Walking on tReadmill..2.9 speed..6.5 incline. 30 mins of Arms, some back, legs, and abs weights, 30 mins. of HOT Sauana and rubbed leg and did yoga in there.

40- Tuesday- Rest--wore my stomach band all day and legs-


41- Wednesday- Went to the gym and the butthole didn't let me in without my id @ 6:30 am!--wore my stomach band all day.

42-Thursday-Jillian Michaels 20 mins Body Shred video---TONSSSS of sweat and 5 mins. of Yoga.

43-Friday- None

44-Saturday- 35 min. Hike on HILL @ Laurel Canyon with 35 mins. of Arm exercises---SUPER SORE from Jillian Michaels!

I'm gonna go to the Bookstore after work...and see if I can get some motivation, then go home, change ..workout and go to the sauna with my books and Study and Melt..with my Fat Belts that make you sweat more!!!

I like the way you record what exercise you've done during the week in a post like that.... I might try that and see if it encourages me to do more in the way of exercise.

And your determination puts me to shame, lol. :)
 
So yesterday I went to the bookstore to get some much needed motivation. :toetap05: I decided to skip class because my brain was still foggy :troll: and I haven't been strict with my diet and I feel it's because I FORGET THE HORRIBLE THINGS found in SHITTY food!!! :iagree:

...So I went to Barnes and Noble and I grabbed like 5-6 books and started skimming for like an hour and looking at all these books made me realize that I am the type of person that needs to be reminded of all the detrminental things that are found INSIDE THE FOOD..and what to look for in the labels and WHY MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!

...so after skimming I really like this one....called The Abs Diet: 6 minute meals for 6 pack abs!


...the reason I liked this one, was because it had a lot of the breakdown of what the chemicals are and what they actually do in your blood stream to actually make you retain the fat and why, and HOW TO BATTLE THEM & Avoid them, while making healthier choices for a LIFESTYLE!

...I also liked it because when I was a complete 100% Raw foodist..you really concentrate on the chemical factors as this book does, and how to eliminate these to eliminate the bloating and eliminate the STOMACH FAT!!!...LAWWWRD knows we all want that!! ;)!!!

...They base their who program on eating 6 meals a day, mainly like 2-3 hours apart, small portion that contains 2 of the list in each snack & it not taking more than 6 mins. to prepare them, cause we don't have time for that shit!!! hahah!!! :D!....and they give you 150 recipes...written by the Editor in Cheif of Men's Health. :D!...pretty good so far...lots of facts!!!
