Glad to see you found an eating plan that works for you. I'm doing a similar plan now that my marathon is behind me. I can reduce my carb intake and really focus on the nitty gritty of my portions and food choices instead of the free for all I was doing before!!

Let's get a few more pounds off before Vegas. We'll look that much better in our photos!! xoxo

....so she was like "Well, this is what I do, I pay commissions and I'm honest!" :beating:......"WELL, WELL"....isn't this a change from the SHADY contractors I've dealt with .....(AND FOR A FACTTTTTTT I didn't refer her shit!)...cause I refer to someone else.....but YUUUUUUUUUUUUP, sure enough....she's LIKE "WELL, what's your name"!?!?! ....WHIPS OUT HER CHECKBOOK and writes me a $100.00 check.....for doing JACK SHIT nothing!!?!?!?!

i have heard alot about this laws of attraction stuff. i have the secret upstairs..i need to read that book but my adhd (well i dont have that i am really just too lazy too read) prevents me from reading it....i would say "i'll wait for the movie" but i hear there is a movie too... :)
