Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

they're usually a lot smaller in person lol like you could break them
I never knew...and they really aren't that HOT in person either...looking all STARVING as they do.....I find that a LOT of regular day in and day out people....are MUCH BETTER looking than STARS!!!
 
I would imagine that to be true... I have friends who have seen stars out in public before and told me they didn't look like everything they were built up to be on TV or in a movie... Everyone is so skinny in Hollywood. I guess the closest thing I get to stardom is when I see my old friend who is a pretty successful model in LA, when she comes to visit back home here in SLC. She is very thin, and they still consider her a "healthier" looking model...

Gonna RUN 4.5 miles tonight @ BALBOA park.....eat sushi with ALANE83, sashimi only....no added soy sauce or nothing...BOOooooo but OH WELL, and then tennis with ALANE83!!! :party:

...did 1 hour spinning this morning/10 min. sauna/ropes resistance at work!

Hey girl!!! I went to the gym this morning and I used your trick about riding with Lance and it helped! I still couldnt keep up but at least I made it the whole way through~! :newbie::newbie:

YESSSSSS....you can.....and YUP...LOW SODIUM, slim to NO CHEATING, and BELIEVING that I CAN DO IT.....and YOU CAN TOO!!! :)

1 hour SPinning @ Gym
10 min. Sauna
30 min. Resistance bands at workl

--FOOD: AGAIN....NO CHEATING......even at SUSHI....no soy, LIKE I WOULD HAVE usually GLOBBED on....:drool5: and I ate SASHIMI....no FUN looking ROLLS....cause I don't want them PACKING ROLLS on ME...LOL....:smilielol5:


...TODAY.....AGAIN....will BE NO CHEATING.....:coolgleamA:....

..late night gym most likely....gotta take the STEPS to get to the DESTINATION!:smash:

THANKS guys.....I BROKE yesterday....NO CHEATING on the FOOD....but I had...

...one SHOT....2 cups of SANGRIA....and a SPARKS and a half......:puke:

....BOOOOO me......and NO exercise......had TONS of water THOUGH! :)
