Monday, March 24
--Breakfast: 3 oz. Tofu with 3 egg whites
--Snack: 1 quaker oats granola bar
--2 rum & Diet cokes ( My friend is such Bad Influence

) happy hour
--NO LUNCH

****Was the ONLY day I did not take my vitamins or drink my Tea and I felt the difference, LETHARGIC all the way, after work I even had to go home for a NAP instead of a RUN at the park.....BUT I did get up and GO TO THE GYM****
Exercise: 30 MIN walking @ 15 incline/3.2 Speed (very sweaty) NO HANDLES
& then....Assorted weights for arms AND legs....(I'm starting to see
some change..

)
& another 30 MIN walking @ 15 incline 3.2 Speed-NO HANDLES
5 min of water weighted HOOLA HOOP and Arm Circles
***It was a BAD eating day...for some reason I didn't get hungry, had a lot on my mind***
--Dinner: Vanilla Soy Protein Shake, Fat Free Milk, Cinnamon, Assorted Frozen

Tuesday, March 25th:
**WooWoo...I started GREAT today....My BF didn't BELIEVE that I would get up today at 6:15 to go to Bally's and do the 1 hr REACTION CYCLING class, and JUST TO SHOW him HOW SERIOUS I am, I DID,...mind you TEMPTATION to crawl right back into BED was STRONG!! BUT once up and at em, I felt GREAT, and, I knew that tonight I was going to my little sister's birthday Dinner tonight....plan to do SALAD

so exercise was going to be Morning or NEVER....so I WANT to be ACCOUNTABLE for each and EVERY day, and I did it....and I SWEAT like CRAZY...hopefully, I have given my BODY a BIT of a Routine change and it will KEEP me losing a steady amount of weight weekly!**
Breakfast: 3 oz. Tofu w/ Fresh Spinach Leaves/ and 3 egg whites
*vitamins and Green Tea are back in action
Snack: 1 grilled chicken tender and a handful of soy Edamames
will be....
Lunch: Salad w/ chicken strips and grated cheese (premade)
Snack: 1 grilled chicken tender and a handful of soy Edamames
Dinner: ...Salad of some sort (restaurant)
Maybe...walk the dog at night.....
*** I'm feeling way better about myself, in respect to the exercise amount, and my endurance. I definitely felt great going to the gym this morning and am SERIOUSLY considering getting up EVERY morning to do at least an extra hour of Various Cardios available to add to my afternoon RUNNING, and If I do, I am DEFINITELY going to increase my caloric intake, so there will not be too much of a deficit causing Starvation.***
--I have a cruise MAY 23 coming up and I hope to be 20 lbs SLIMMER...I know that is a lot in such a short time, BUT if I kick it up, I might come close....and as Long as I DO try my hardest I will still feel ACCOMPLISHMENT in my SPIRIT, and it will give me the SATISFACTION of PROVING to myself and my BF...THAT I AM A COMMITTED PERSON AND I DO HAVE DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATION!".........so there!
...HOPE I CAN DO IT....
