thanks for stopping by my journal and motivating me today! So cool we are the same weight! We should make a friendly competition to see who can get to 149 first! Bragging rights to the winner.
I was really down this morning and heading towards a bad week and you helped change that attitude right around! I'm going to push, push, push until I can't push no more and then I'm going to push again!

Food For Today:
-Bkfst: 6 oz. of Black Coffee, w/ one tsp Creamer (powder), tsp -white sugar
-Bkfst: 1 cup of Plain Oatmeal w/ water- no additives
-Snack: 15 oz. of Hot Green Tea
-Lunch: 3 1/2 huge leaves-Romaine lettuce chopped w/ one can of tuna (100 cals )(lemon juice, garlic powder, pinch of feta crumbled ontop, salt sprinkle, one tsp Olive Oil) + 5 saltines
-Snack: 15 grapes
-Dinner: Soy Milk (130 cals) 1 cup + water, ice, cinnamon, Vanilla Soy Protein Shake -2 scoops, 1 banana, and sprinkle cinnamon granola...YUM!!!
-Snack: 22 oz. Hot Green Tea

Exercise: Lunch Break- 25 mins on the treadmill

3 mins- incline walk w/ 5 lb dumbells doing reps in the air (? called)
1 min- Sprint incline- no dumbells
3 min- incline walk w/ 5 lb dumbells different reps-
1 min- Sprint incline- no dumbells
2 min- Flat- no incline walk w/ dumbells- reps in the air-forward back, side to side
2 min- Sprint incline- no dumbells
--off treadmill-- 15 lb weight--One big Dumbell--Forward bend and Squeeze body reps--
( 2mins)
1 min- Sprint Treadmill no dumbells
4 min- Incline walk w/ 5 lb dumbells-front, side to side sets, up in air
1-min- Sprint no dumbells
5 min- Incline walk- w/ 5 lb dumbells doing sets in the air

Off treadmill : 5 mins of 10lb dumbell arm sets + 3 sets of lunges with 5lb weights

Tons of Sweat!!! :D!!! Woot Woot. I worked out hard enough so that I would feel PROUD even if this is all I get to do today, because I worked SON!...hahah...;)!.....And I am finding that I can really stick to this "New Routine!"...I have a Long way to go, but for TODAY...I paid my way!....:D!....Going to do Jillians Later...and see what else, maybe head to the gym for some Sauna later...we'll see! :) No pressure :reddevil:!!!.....ONLY 3 1/2 weeks until NOV. 20th...and I need MAJOR ASS KICKING WORK... before this "ON HER WAY TO BEING FIT AND THIN" woman gets her ass in a bathing suit!!...heheh (you like the positive outlook of myself don't you?!? ;) )...Me too! ;)!

Woop Woop....add Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred -Lev 3 -20 mins w/ 5 lb + 8lbs weights + 5 mins of stretching to today's workout. TONS OF SWEAT!!!....also might do 40-50 min Yoga abs video...and maybe some gym sauna..or some bike. I've been frustrated trying to create a website through this site called Ez Generator...and it's not that easy~!!...Wish I had help...:D!...buttttt...gonna write some essays and then do some exercise as a break. ---Also 11:20 pm- 11:55 pm--35 mins. of Hot Suana Yoga Moves in there! :D!

It seems that this year has really been tough on the vacations for us, so I almost won't believe it until we are on the plane!! hahaha....:D!!!....I am so excited I can hardly contain myself!! :D!!!...I hope that my bf has a good time too and doesn't get bored with all the "beach" activity since he isn't big on "SAND IN HIS BUTT" :smilielol5:...hahah.... He doesn't seem as excited yet, but then again...he doesnt get excited for trips until we are actually "on the way!" hahah! :D!!!...I'm sure if I look extra hot by then, he will be MORE excited and not to mention ME TOO!! :D!!!

Alta-I'm sure you didn't know that you did this but you gave me a big kick up the butt today. I was feeling lazy & I came & read your diary, got inspired & got outside & went for a big walk, got back home, did my weights & have been gardening since. Nothing like your level sweets but I just couldn't stay lazy after reading what you did today! Thank you xoxo Cate
 
Alta, you always have some of THE BEST Shakes...I especially got a kick out of that Green one, Kiwi, Spinach, bunch O other stuff I can't remember. My blender is still out of commission, hope to get it fixed soon, so I can try some of your remedies. Do you get them from those raw sights you visit online?

I got some good competition here! looks like you are really stepping up your workouts! I could do a weigh-in Friday because I weigh myself every day. I only track what I weigh at WW on Wednesday's though. It just seems more real to me when someone else tells me that's what I weigh. When I see good numbers on my scale at home I always think something must be wrong with the scale.
So excited you are really pushing me, just when I was getting down! Keep it up and we'll both be big losers - hopefully!:waving:

...And Last night I went to the Gym ontop to do some Yoga in the Sauna for 35 mins! :D! :reddevil:....Be Afraid Woman...BE VERY AFRAID!!! j/k ;) hahaha....I'm going after the GOLD! hahah!!!...140's here I come!!!!....u coming little one OR WHAT!?! :D!

...Oh yea girl!!! :D!!! I love those shakes!!!....I do those when I use my Jacl Lalane Juicer!!! :drool5:! ....The only problem with those is that ....it takes a lot of vegetables and juice to make those...:(...so more $$$....

...right now...it's not part of the BUDGET! :(

....how sad huh!?!? :(...I actually just make them up out of my head..& as well, have gotten ideas fromt the Raw food sites too!! :)!!!!

....I was thinking last night how good it felt when I was completely Raw!! :D!! ...Soon ...Soon....when the Budget allows!! :D!

Exercise Log:

1)**Day 1** of Consistency Exercise: Thursday Oct. 22nd (W1- Workout 1, W2= Workout 2, W3= Workout 3) :D

W1-5lbs weights- side crunches, forward crunches, squats, and other mixed workout w/ weights for arms and abs --(30 mins. 3:00pm-3:30pm- Lunch Hour= 30 mins)-semi sweat= 30 mins.

W2-5:30pm- 6:15 pm--Yoga dance Moves, with Salsa, Ass moves, w/ sauna belt for more sweat
6:15-6:45 pm--Dance and Cook--Cook while you burn--sweat and squats w/ 20lb weight=1 hr. 15 mins.

W3-8:30-8:50 pm= Side Abs, Dancing, Yoga, w/ 20 lb weight
9:10-9:10pm- Deep Breathing tightening all body parts and resistance squeezing= 30 mins

2)**Day 2** of Consistency Exercise: Friday Oct. 23rd :D

**Day 4** of Consistency Exercise: Sunday Oct 25th :D

W1) Exercise: Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred -Level 2-20 mins. w/ 5 after of stretching. 5 & 8 lb. weights.-- tons of sweat!

**Day 5** of Consistency Exercise: Monday Oct. 26th :D

W1- Lunch Break 3:30 pm- 25 mins on the treadmill (w/ 10 different Variations throughout -tons of sweat w/ 5 lb dumbells-doing different arm sets) & off treadmill- 5 mins. of 3 sets of Arm lifts, and squats w/ 10 lbs weight --TONS of sweat! = 30 mins :)

I'm SO Excited!! ...I am finally finally doing this!..:cheers2:..I am loving the consistency,..:beating:.and it's making me feel better about myself in all areas of life :D!!!

...I am starting my hours of Residency now...at the Hypnosis Motivation Institue..and what that means is that I still have tons of Essays due, each essay based on a 2 hour video Case Study of a client-45 essays left of those to do in the next 6 months b4 I graduate. As well, I need to see a minimun of 24 clients, each one hour session, in order to graduate in the next 6 months. As well, I need 125 Elective "on Campus" hours as well, and (11 series) - 2 hour Practicum Classes where we practice and get leacture, & 1 class a week for 3 hoursfor the next six months, and To Give classes and join networking groups and have meetings in which I give the classes for Free...to be eligible for the Director's Plaque Aware...along with 12 other things you have to do to qualify....one of which...Building a website for yourself is as well....been thinking of joining "Chamber of Commerce", Maybe holding my own group on "meetup.com".., as well as go to a lot of Networking groups on there, maybe joining Toast Masters..as well to get that in and get myself out there.

...So this website was really holding me back this past week....:rant:...It's frustrating me..and Ez Generator is easy, but it's not as Easy As I thought!! :(

...Regardless, I can run a MARATHON that takes MUCH MORE MENTAL STRUGGLE THAN BUILDING A FREAKIN WEBSITE...so that isn't gonna stop me...might slow me down...but NOT STOP ME!! :chillpill:....

...I've decided to go ahead and order, the matching Letterhead paper, business cards, and envelopes to start sending my "Complimentary Sessions" out to all kinds of people, as well to "Carry in my purse" ..to give out to someone...or anyone for that matter, that I meet! :D!!!

...I need to get my hours, and I would love the Practice...and since I am new at this, I figure I could do both Practice & get My hours...for free for the first 24 clients until I complete them...then start charging for my time.:cheers2:

So...No more Stressing Out....First I was stressing out, cause of all the Dues $$...to start all this "private practice" stuff. ...Then I thought Logically...:) and put myself on a BUDGET. That's worked out!

...Then, I was stressing out, because I couldn't do the rest of everything else, because I didn't have this website ready. Now that's worked out. I'm going to do everything else, and let the website be a work in progress, and I can add it to the next bunch of ordered cards and stuff...within the next 6 months, and order less quantity....Not gonna let it hold me back. Besides, therapy is about us working together...not them clicking on my SHIT...;) !! hahahah!!!....:D!

...Also, it's great that they are Forcing me in a Sense, to start my private practice before I graduate, cause then it's just maintenance after that and I'm off and started. Push comes to Shove works best sometimes! & the great part is that I can maintain my "full time job running the claims department,scheduling deliveries, and customer service" for this Modern bathroom Interior Design Comp. like I'm doing right now, and still do all of this.....until ONE DAY, when the Gracious Lord blesses me with Enough Clients to be able to Leave my Job..and Sustain without it!!...Can't WAIT!!!

....and Find time to train again for a Marathon that I paid for FEB 2010 baby!!! 26.2 miles...here I come AGAIN!!! :)!!!

Man :(...had to work through my lunch today. :(......on the plus :planning a Hike w/ some friends and some Hills..;)...and then some Power Yoga-90 mins!!! :D!!

....Food for today:

Brkst: Oatmeal and water
Snack: Pear + 12 oz. Hot green Tea
Lunch: Oatmeal and water
Dinner: 1 full cup of Whole wheat pasta (cooked w/ a little oil, butter, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder)
Snack: 12 oz. of water

...no food on me..hahah...how boring.

Congrats on your progress and love your goals. In relation to juicing, I’d like to ask… Have you heard that some juicing machines tend to destroy the nutrients by the heat generated when mixing? I was wondering if there was any substance to that claim.

Just thinking of getting into it is all.
