Just popping in real quick because I am TIRED.

Didn't lose any this week, but I highly suspect I'm about to go on my period so I'm most likely retaining water weight. I'll be glad for classes to start back up next week so that I can get back into my regular routine.
 
Good job on the new fitting jeans Cory! Isn't it a great feeling?! Good work is paying off! A new pair that I bought back in the fall is now fitting perfect for me so I share your good feelings! A routine is a good thing for us in the weightloss journey...so until your routine is well established, I wish you good choices my friend!

it really is a "Mind-trick" to get rid of older-bigger clothes, then you really know there is NO going back to BIGGer ;)
 
Hey guys, not much today. Got back to school today, which means fitness classes ahve started again. I can't wait for zumba tomorrow and hte rest of the classes throughout the week. I REALLY want a better weigh in week this week than I had last week.
 
I think I can go on a hike today! It's a little windy, but I think I'll brave it. I wonder if my fitness has increased enough so that I can both hike a couple miles AND go to zumba tonight. I'm definitely going to try. I've always wanted to be able to do more than one big physical thing in a day.
 
I DID BOTH. I'm really happy. I remember a time when the hike alone would have left me done for the day. I'm tired after doing both, but if I had to do something else I still could. It just shows how far my level of fitness has come.

I know what you mean Cory. On the treadmill I was walking at 3mph, but this weekend it started to feel too slow so I've bumped it up to 3.5mph. I could probably go to 4mph, but I haven't really tried it yet.

Congrats on having such a productive day! :)
 
Thanks everyone!

Feeling really positive today. Just had half a grapefruit and a slice of homemade bread for breakfast. Planning on a side salad, some grapes, and another piece of bread for lunch. Probably Mexican lasagna for dinner tonight.

If my brother is willing, I'm going to do another hike today. AND pilates.
