Yeah, we all survived. It's just another flu.
All is mostly well. Still doing the StrongLifts programme, and have been doing so for three weeks. It's going well, and I have had some successes with it.
Like: I can now do a chin-up!
Like: I can overhead press 80lbs for 5x5 without undue strain.
Like: My squat form is better than ever.
I gotta go for a family walk now, so peep ya later!
....let's not talk about FLUs...hahahha...
