Hi, all.

These are some photos of me when I started my quest, and today, 3 months later. SW and CW are on the photos.

I had a set of me wearing a shirt, that I had originally planned to post, but I figured, what the hell. You may as well see the real me, and get a better idea of what changes have transpired, if any.

Sorry that they are not quite the same size - my wife was a little bit further away when she took the new set.

All my life.

I weighed 250 lbs at age 18, 315 lbs at 29, and I am now 42.

probably a little of both. You are still doing a kick ass job and keep it up!

Does the thought of loose skin bother you?

Frankly, yes, but not as much as having a massive heart attack before I'm 50.

Loose skin can be taken care of, one way or another. I'm hoping that exercise will help with that to some degree.

And for the rest - well, I'm pretty handy with a knife. :)

Also - a little of both what?

WoW Cord the Seeker, you're doing a terrific job! Keep it Up!! :)

It sure is neat to see the fat disappear as time transpires through all of one's hard work.

Cord,
sorry, your post was right above the post asking if it was loose skin or fat. I read that title and looked at your thread. I really confused myself.

That is why i said that. Dont mind me, it's been a long day.

wow cord! there's definitely a big difference especially in the mid section, it shows really well especially in the side shot, those inches really are coming off! definitely looking forward to the next progress pics! all the best xoxo

I agree with Cherry - the difference is particularly striking in the side views. You can really see that the weight is coming off.

You are at a wonderful phase of your project where you see such rewarding results in three months. The next three months are going to bring further huge changes - not only in your appearance but in your state of health and fitness too.

Well done.

Thanks, everyone, for the comments.

It was really hard to post these. I'm terribly self-conscious and don't like having my photo taken at the best of times.

However, doing do has given me the courage to want to post another set in another 3 months. Hopefully they will show an even greater change.

I know the feeling, Cord. I hate posting photos of myself, too. But you should definitely be proud of the progress you're making. :) I'll look forward to seeing another set in 3 months.

Congrats Cord on all your hard work! You can definately tell a difference..... and in just 3 months no doubt! That truly is inspirational....

Wowee! Look at the stomach shrink! :sifone:

Your daughter is going to have an awesome role model as she grows up, and most importantly, that role model is going to be around for a lot longer! :Angel_anim:
