Well, here it goes..
I just got a sweet new jobs I've wanted for a while. Its top end security, as close as I can get to being a cop without being one. Bylaw status and mobile patrol.
Anyway. this motivated me to do what I've wanted to do for ever,
I'm 25. and this is my summer.
I need 10 Meal menus.
10 Breakfasts
10 Lunchs
10 Suppers
10 Snacks.
What I plan is, cardio (Running and biking), musculation(gain muscle mass), body fat loss.
My job involves 12 hour shift work. Siting in patrol cars and jumping out at slit seconds. Maybe law enforcement officers can tag in and tell me what they do.
I lost 25 Lbs give or take and now its time to go to the next step.
can you guys helpe me gather 10 or each so I can mix and match.
I need lots of protein but low carbs and bad fats.
I don't eat sea food.... :S But I never ate tomatos befor a couple months ago so lets do it, shoot, you make me eat what you think i need.
