What do you do to cool down and in what order? At the moment I'm doing 5 mins of gental cardio and then some stretching. If you go swiming after a workout would you stretch before or after going swimming?
depends for what im doing.
if i was previously going for a run, or doing something like football training, i would do a light jog then 5-10 mins of stretching.
if i was doing karate or something along lines of that, just stretches.
