This all makes sense now... and very well could be the fact of the matter. It certainly wouldn't be the first time I've seen this.
I'm quite the opposite.
When I did the PSMF I felt like shit. My strength really didn't go down but I felt light headed and weak constantly. That too could have been the deficit 'talking' to though.
I just feel a lot better on higher carbs and I actually retain my leanness.
It's funny the differences from individual to individual though.
