ok they way I've been tought to do a bent-over row was in that reched book I keep telling you guys about I'm bout to just throw it away but in the book it told me the way to perfom a bent-over row was to do the following:
1-grip a dumbell in your left hand
2-place your right hand and right knee on the flat bench
3-keep your left knee slighly bent and your back flat throut the exercise
4-draw the dumbell upward toward the lower ribs, keeping your elbow close to your body on the way up
5-peuse in the upper position for a moment then slowly lower the dumbell back down till your arm is fully extended
6-perform a set on left and a set on the right
but when I was reserching and trying to become less of a noob I came across this site and its basicly showing that a bent-over row is not performed useing a flat bent so am I doing this bent-over row the right way or are they just 2 differnt ways you can do them? here is the URL link to wich I found this out
