I don't know if this is good or bad or right or wrong, but I can't seem to get sore anymore. Balls out sprinting in an interval workout is the only thing that does it, and it's not real bad. Just like last night... I can only do 12 chin-ups before my muscles give out and I can't get any more up at all. Well, I did 3 sets of those and felt like I was going to blow up afterwards. I never do chin-ups. The most I've ever done in one day in my life is 17 and that was over half my life ago back in high school, and the last time I did any at all was like 2 months ago and I only did like 10 on a jungle gym at the park. Yet, I do 36, and wake up this morning and I'm totally fine. I don't understand why I'm not sore as hell? I notice stuff like this in similar situations alot. Back in the day this would have about killed me. I understand that I'm in better shape now, but when I'm hitting something hard that I don't normally hit, just seems like I should get sore, and more importantly, afterwards I don't feel like I've done as much.
