I just graduated from college in the spring, I was on my school's dance team, and I was spending about 3-4 hours a day dancing. I wighed in at about 130 lbs, which was probably about right for my height, but I was never satisfied with the appearance of my body. Now that I have graduated, I have stopped dancing, and intern gained about 35 lbs. I am disgusted with my body, and I have recently begun dieting and excercise, but I have only gained weight and inches. I am particularly unhappy with my stomach, it has never been tone, no matter how many crunches i do, it has this little pooch, that seems to have been there for as long as I can remember, I am aslo very unhappy with my things, they are huge and greatly out of proportion with the rest of my body. If I could make any improvements to these areas, I would be sooo happy, even if I only lose a minimal amount of weight.
So these are my questions, first of all, what am I doing wrong? Why haveent I seen any results? And second, I have read so much conflicting information on the internet, I am so confused about what the best workout regiment for me would be. Is there aryone out there who can help me?
