I had an alright day....I didn't even realize I was eating white starches until after I already ate them *DOH* I am sooooo full. I wasn't really hungry but I still ate when I should, just not as much as I normally do...yet my calories are the same LOL.

wow you're the second person to mention low fat cheesecake :O~~~~

Imm definatly gonna be lookin for that this week whilst shopping :D

mmm I wish I could have cheesecake...it's my favorite thing ever!!!

Unfortunately, I have light cream cheese spread for on my bagel.

lol man i must be obsessed
I read cream cheese as cheesecake. Somebody mentinoed there was low fat cheesecake and man ive been ON that train of thought ever since!

Hey Miss K. You are doing awesome. As for the Skinny Cow thing, what is that? I've never seen it while shopping. Where can you get it from. You live in Sask so I imagine we have the same stores here that you do there. Keep up the great job. Have a good day. :D

Low fat cheesecake is supremely easy to make :) and really good too- you honestly can't tell the difference between the full fat and the low fat stuff :)

Low fat cheesecake on bagels ??? :D

OK - lowfat cheesecake on bagels would be a perfect waste of cheesecake ;)

But I definitely like the idea of it for breakfast!!

Although, my problem with 'lowfat' anything means I want to eat twice as much! I know, that's NOT the point is it! ;)

Mal I envy you're cooking abilities. UNofrtunately, I don't have that talent, but I want to take some cooking classes in the future to help me learn.

Hey Miss Kallie, stopping by to check on you and as usual you are doing good. Keep it up!! Sorry to hear about your son this past weekend. I am glad he is better now.

End Notes:

I have to be honest with what I eat, esp. here because it makes me think twice about what I put in my mouth. Unfortunately, in the last month, this has got to be my very worst day! I started the day very late and I was having severe cravings. Then to top it off, my hubby brought home cheesecake. I know that's no excuse. WHYWHYWHYWHY!!!!!!!!! *wahahha* I feel terrible. I didn't have any veggies and pigged out on things I shouldn't.

You're doing terrific, you will achieve all your goals because when someone truly fears failure, they have no choice but to succeed.
A 5'2" 19 year old female weighing 100 pounds (which is WAY too small anyways but this is the example given)... needs 1,200 calories to just sit around all day and do nothing. This is how it's broken down (scientifically)

-The heart needs 12% of the calories (144 cals)
-The kidney needs 12% of the calories (144 cals)
-The Liver needs 23% of the calories (276 cals)
-The brain needs 23% of the calories (276 cals)
-The skeletal muscle needs 30% of the calories (360 cals)

I reckon you probably shouldnt feel to guilty about your intake, but perhaps go back for another slice of cheesecake :)

If today was your WORST day and you had 1800 calories... then by god woman, you're doing FABULOUS! O_O!! You shouldn't feel guilty at all! You're way ahead of me for sure! :)

Hey Kallie, checking in here! I totally feel with you. My major weakness is cheesecake. Thank god the last time I made it, it was horrible, so I don't have the urge to try again. But ugh, my dad bought "cheesecake brownies"

*dies* They smelll soooooo good, so I told my sister to take them with her to her party tomorrow. :D Keep up the good work!

Omg I've been so busy!

I've had a alright couple of days. I've stayed under 1500 the past 2 days so that's good. I'll be back to regular posting tomorrow.

Thanks everyone for checking up on me!

Well food is good. I went grocery shopping today. (cost 250 bucks and I still need a few more things...I used to only spend 150...I thought healthy eating cost less???) Then I took my old pop bottles. I got 32 something back. I figure there must have been enough bottles to hold between 350 litres and 450...YIKES THAT IS A LOT. I haven't had pop for quite a while, so I think that is a huge accomplishment.

I also made a meal plan....went through cook books and online recipes and made a meal plan for the next 14 days. I found some pretty good sounding recipes for chicken, so I'm excited to test out my cooking skills....(I hope I have some LOL).
