Confessions of a food Junkie

When my hubby and I got married he was the one in charge of getting our marriage liscense. Up until about two months ago I thought it was a-ok but looking at it recently I noticed that my maiden name is spelled incorrectly!! Not sure if I'm supposed to change that. Just thought I'd share my hubby marriage liscense story.

Good job about the time schedule though... seriously. I keep a list but nothing as detailed as yours!!!
 
Ok, so I don't think this is a big deal yet, but I was supposed to get a visit from TOM on the 24th and I haven't gotten TOM yet. I came off a type of birth control in the beginning of Feb because I'd been on it for a while and it was having some weird effects on me. I don't think I should be worried, but there is always a what if....Here's hoping TOM comes soon!
 
I sure hope so...the reason I'm not too worried is because I've never really had really regular periods but I know when about to expect it and the doctor said it could take 6 months to a year for them to become regular....but it is always a bit unnerving when you're late.
 
ABSOLUTELY!! I've always been on the nose regular and whenever I'm a little off I freak out... which, let's face it, doesn't help either! Good luck to you! ;)
 
I wouldn't worry about it yet. Like already posted, losing weight can affect periods. I also found when I came off the pill it took my body about 8 months to get back to a normal cycle. So just relax :) cause stress can affect it too. Damn, why are our bodies so complicated!
 
well I just got back from my second 3 mile walk!!!!!!!!!!! oh I forgot to mention that I finished in 1 hour 30 seconds. That's 1 minutes and 45 seconds faster than yesterday.

*sings: I'm so happy, living snappy, comfy cozy, life is rosie!*

I should lose some weight if I keep this up! If I don't then I'll know something is wrong LOL.

I hate to put a damper on your enthusiasm - but pace yourself chickie - you don't want to hurt yourself...

you are losing weight... take your measurements to see if you are losing inches as well.. :) you're a superstar!!

I'm going to keep this walk routine for atleast 3 weeks...then I'll have to add my backpack with some books so I can get used to it for school because I have to do it then. I'm just going to gradually introduce it and maybe cut the walk to 2 miles. I definately want to do a triathlon, but it's not going to happen this year...don't worry. LOL

1/2 cup of chopped sweet red peppers @ 20 cals
1 cup chopped baked skinless, boneless chicken breast @ 221 cals
water @ 0 cals
308 calories

P.M. Snack:
19 whole wheat mini crackers @ 100 cals
1/2 can of chunked light tune in water @ 60 cals
water @ 0 cals
160 calories

Supper:

2 small skinless boneless chicken breasts @ 458 cals
1 nectarine @ 67 cals
a few tsps of mustard @ 0 cals
water @ 0 cals
525 calories

DAILY TOTAL: 1423

Notes:

Well I recorded everything I ate today on fitday too and I think I did pretty well. I had 51 percent protien, 30 percent carbs and (woops, I had 20 lol) 19 percent fat, which sats were only 8 percent. How does that sound??

Wow- you did great today- And I like how you're challenging yourself with the time on your walks. For an hour and a half walk, to push yourself to do it just a minute or two faster isn't going to be too much work- but over time it adds up!
 
sounds like you did great today-- I honestly wouldnt go too low on fats- your body does need some - it keeps your hair shiney, your skin soft and supple -- especially when losing weight... you want to make sure you skin is all perky :)

that salad sounds very tasty... Good job!

Val ~ Yea...in time I'd like to walk a mile in 15 minutes so that I can walk 4 miles an hour. That probably won't be for a long time, but I can start working on it.

Mal ~ I read somewhere you shouldn't eat more than 20 % of fat from calories...Not sure where though???

8:00am ~ wake up, eat breaky and shower, get lunch and snack ready.
8:45am ~ Take son to daycare
9:15am ~ Head downtown (hubby hid the marriage liscence(sp?) & found it)
9:50am ~ (hopefully) head to university
10:00am ~ Snack
10:00am ~ Head to do the admin changes
10:30am ~ Head to SUNTEP to get student loans sent away
12:30pm ~ Lunch
1:00pm ~ Head home (if not already) OR grocery store for a few things
1:30pm ~ Do dishes and laundry.
2:30pm ~ Snack
3:00pm-4:00pm ~ day 3 or my 3 mile walk
4:10pm ~ Shower (hubby gets home @ 3:30 today, so he can go get son)
5:00pm ~ Start supper
6:00pm ~ Supper
7:00pm ~ Clean up
7:30pm ~ Bathe son
8:30pm ~ Put son to bed
9:00pm ~ Relax, hopefully watch a movie
11:00pm ~ Bedtime


Daily Goals:

1. Eat all meals on time
2. Drink more water
3. Get this admin stuff done already. No more procrastinating.
4. Get 3 mile walk done
5. NO Binging or snacking
6. Keep up with the protien....I never even felt hungry once or like snacking at all tonight.
 
Hey Miss_Kallie, Thanks for stopping by my diary. You are doing so good. You are so detailed in your schedule. About the exercise, it takes time to build endurance. I was not always able to workout everyday and with so much intensity. I break my workouts into 2 sessions per day because working out over an hour at one time is over kill and it has no benefit.

Good luck today with your school stuff. I hope you get that out of the way.

ok I just have to say that my schedual is messed again...I could not wake up this morning. I hate sleep apnea it makes soooooooo tired all the time. I forced myself up yesterday. GRRR. With time and weight loss hopefully it won't be able to affect me as much anymore.

Anyways, I came to announce that (THANK GOD) tom showed up today FINALLY! I was getting a bit nervous. LOL I do want more children but I've set a boundary up. I will not allow myself to have another until I weigh 175 lbs.
