~*~ Confessions and Thoughts of a Girl Looking to the Future~*~

Happy Friday Jenna. :)

Happy Friday Steve :) Thanks for coming by!

Hey babygirl,

wanted to drop in to wish you, your boobs, and PJ a great Friday. hahaaaa! Have you decided with the fasting situation? I see it this way... if that's tradition, then do it, girl. Hell... it's like having the flu while you're working out. A couple days won't hurt your ass, so what's with 24 hrs? Love yas...

-Sheryl

I think I'm going to go for it... maybe it'll help my weigh in on Saturday... Its just dinner to dinner. Its not going to kill me =0) I'll probably drink water though eventhough we're not supposed to.

Hey Jenna,
Oooh..I would have lost it if that bitch angle parked me. But not always a good idea...good for you for taking the high road. :) People can be such dicks.

As far as the fasting...I agree with Sheryl and think you'll be okay with no damage done in 24hrs. Good luck!

It takes a lot of self-restraint...sometimes I really really want to go off... If I had a pen there soo would have been a note on her windsheild!

Hope your day is going better than yesterday! :hug2::hug2:

Thanks! So far it is=0)

Hey Jenna,
Just catching up on your adventuous day yesterday. I gotta say you are stronger willpowered than me. I would have blasted the phone operator after a few minutes *L* Looks like yesterday was a test on your nerves. I'd say you passed with flying colors.
I hope friday is a much better day for you ! oh and as for fasting , I don't think one day would mess things up much for you. Go for it if you feel ok with it.

I was really close. PJ works in a conference call center... so I know all about the incompetence of the people who answer the phones... plus how shitty there job is... it really makes me conflicted when i just want to go off LOL!

Well today I had one small victory over the LSAT... I am totally feeling good now!

One part of the test is logical reasoning. We have two of those sections that count... so that makes up 50% of the test. I was rushing through the section and getting about 7-9 wrong each. That is just horrible. I have gotten my paceing down much better and I just took a timed section with the better pacing and only got 3 wrong. Huge improvment! =0)

:jump: :happy dance: :jump:

I have a feeling that over the next week until my test my trips to the gym may suffer. I guess its for the greater good... I feel guilty already. I am of course going to continue with healthy eating... but my life has to revolve around the LSAT... so not fun! The guilt is already setting in...

Hi Jenna!
Congrats on your improvement with the LSAT! That's definitely gotta feel good. :) You're gonna do great hun!
Keep doing awesome as you always do.
xoxo

Hey Elle... Thanks for coming by :)

Well I'm feeling a huge sense of relief like I can actually master that damn test now. Its a great feeling it really is:) Now I'm worried about my exercise not being soo on key for the next week... ugh i guess sacrifices must be made...

I'm going to be spending a good portion of tomorrow in Temple. I havn't been in awhile... I'm actually kind of excited to go. Been trying to get there for awhile... only down side... gotta get dressed up in fancy cloths!

O man ... and there is a weigh in tomorrow... we shall see :rotflmao:

Food Today:
Breakfast: Peach, 1 Kashi multigraim blueberry waffle, 1 egg scrambled
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Turkey and beef bologna on whole wheat
Snack: Carrots and Peanut butter
Dinner: Whole Wheat ravioli made with low fat cheese mixed veggies

No more food until dinner tomorrow... my belly shall be gurggling

Have a good night everyone :hug2:

Congrats on doing better on the LSAT tests. I think you'll do fine at the real thing.

Don't worry about your exercise. I think you'll be fine if you only make it to the gym 2-3 days a week.

Happy Rosh Hashanah and happy fasting. So no food or beverage is allowed? I think water should be acceptable--I'd die of thirst otherwise.:beerchug:

I'm going to try and make it to the gym as much as I can next week... I'm just tentative because I want to be as relaxed and rested as possible... and I certainly don't want to be sore from anything... plus I need to study shitloads lOL

Its actually Yom Kippur... which is the day of atonement. Rosh Hashanah was last week ... Happy New Year LOL.

There's supposed to be no food, no beverage, no activity... Its actually written that there is to be no marital relations either ... you can't wear leather... all sorts of rules LOL I am however going to drink water. I'll get sick if I have nothing in me.

Its actually Yom Kippur... which is the day of atonement. Rosh Hashanah was last week ... Happy New Year LOL. :doh:Oops! I should know this, too, for i've been watching the Colbert Report and he's been talking about it all week. He's got a Yom Kippur hotline so that Jews can call and apologize to him for any wrongs they've commited against him..lmao.

I think that's wise--to drink water. I wouldn't want you to suffer too much.:beating:

Of course I need to suffer just a bit...:rotflmao:... I probably deserve it

Colbert... i run hot and cold with him. After awhile he gets on my damn nerves... and then I get sucked back on. You watch the daily show... I rarely every miss that... Jon Stewart cracks me the fuck up!

I watch both, but I think I prefer Colbert. i love The Word. Cracks me up. But Stewert was funny with Clinton yesterday.

I think it is very cool that you observe the fasting of Yom Kippur. One day certainly won't hurt.

I also am not sure that you should admit to being a Yankees fan in Boston....those red sox fans may hunt you down and kill you.

Hey dollface,

dropping in to see how the weigh in went. Also, congrats with the LSATs and feeling a bit more at ease. I know you'll do just fine, honey. As for the gym.... no frett. Once everything comes to a stand still, then you can sweat like mad at the gym... so that old perverted men can gawk and your lovely curves. HA! Love yas, doll... Have a great weekend!

It is so hard to be a Yankees fan in Boston... we don't treat Red Sox fans the way they treat us here. I get yelled at just because I have NY license plates all the time... for all they know I'm a Mets fan, or don't care about baseball at all... its ridonculous :rotflmao:

Man... I think the stress is doing it... messing with my body. I'm not all jittery and freaking out... just my body knows it needs to be intense for another week

Ahh... creepy old me... I'm soo not a fan LOL

Well... as for the weigh in.... I'm down two more pounds... so 242 it is! I'm really close to the 230's...

I'm hoping when I'm less stressed... I'll drop more weight ... I'm hoping the stress will leave after the test... of course law school applications come right after.... does it every end?!? :rotflmao:

Similar stuff has happened to people in Columbus, OH with Mich plates. Vandalism even. I'm all for rivalries, but that's taking it way too far.

WOW! 2lbs is great!! WTG! You are only .5lbs higher than me now that I gained 6 last week. WOOHOO!! (that's for your loss, not my gain..lol)

Damn biznatch.... you're so close to the 230s! WOW.... Hmmm.... I'm thinking once you hit 230, we're going to have to throw a national "double fist a Guinness day." In your honour of course... haha Congrats with the 2 down, honey!

-Sheryl

YES!! 2 lbs damn good!! :jump: It takes a hell of a lot to lose one pound, so DOUBLE THUMBS UP for you this week. GREAT JOB!! please give me some pointers I need all I can get.
Kim

The two thirties will be great! And really, from 285 to 230 is over 50 pounds, which is freaking fabulous. Go Jenna!!

Nice job Jenna! Make the stress work for you, push a little harder at the gym, that kind of thing.
Ya, I'm a Red Sox fan, at least I am today. It really must be tough to be from neww York in boston, Red Sox people can really be assholes to NYers. Especially in a bar. I've been to yankee Stadium a few times, Stans, and NYers can be pretty brutal too, but they seem to be less serious.
Phones ringing, I'll talk to ya later.

Mickey

Why only today? Getting fed up with them LOL... it ishard being a Yankees fan here. I mean New Yorkers in general can be brutal... but Red Sox fans are much more "serious" is a good workd for it. The stress I'm not worried about workingmyself... I'mw orried about finding the time to get the the gym... its time live and breath that damn test :)

Cool! count me in! That way when I get into the 230's I can have two pints. Not the stingy 'merican pints either, but the full Brit (Irish) 20 oz pint!!

Go Jenna Go!!!!

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I wasn't around much yesterday... studying took over my life. On Saturday I was in temple most of the day. Today is a new day... I have 5 days and then test day. The nerves are starting to kick in.

I've decided that even if I can't make it to the gym I am going to try my best to walk for at least a 1/2 hour to an hour everyday. Just to keep myself moving and outside a bit. It is gorgeous outside.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I'm sorry in advance if I'm on a bit less this week... I'm sure you will all understand.

Lots of Love:beating::beating:and HUGS :hug2: :hug2:
