Has anyone heard of this website.

They'll sell you lumps of plastic fat in either mini 1lb or 5lb blocks and the one pound and five pound blocks are true to size.. true to what that amout of fat looks like. It creeped me out I copied and pasted 25 of the 1lb ones and then 5 of the 5lb ones together in photoshop and it toally grossed me out.... I am soooooooo glad I got atleast that much off my body already:)

There apparently used as motivational tools... and let me tell you it really is motivation:cool:

Who would pay that much money for a fake lump of fat? I already have 121 lbs of it... for free! haha.
 
HAHAHA... i wouldn't buy it... but looking at it was enough... yea more pictures would be nice!

I was just curious what a pound of fat looked like and that was the best representation I could find:)

man I have to go to bed soon. I only got about 3 hours of sleep last night, and I have to work tomorrow night,
and then go back in the following morning (back-to-back shift. UGH.)

And then monday morning I have to get up early cause I have a long drive ahead to go visit my best friend back home.
(I'll be gone until Tuesday night.)

Its not so much the 'going to work' that bugs me.. its the fear of getting in trouble again... for working my ass off.

Ugh. :( im sooo nervous and feel like Im ready to have an anxiety attack. Its building.

Don't let them bother you too much at work... your better than their petty games!

Definitly get some sleep ... your body needs it to heal itself and lose some weight... I gotta sleep too:)

I gotta try and eat more fruits and veggie... I'm looking into some cookbooks... I know how to cook really well... but i'm gonna use recipes in books to make a structured menu for the week for me and my b/f!

Your very welcome. You have given great support to me too. I also am top heavy and really wish my boobs would shrink too. In fact i was wishing that they wouldn't get bigger when i got pregnant with my son but of course like always they as well as everything else except my feet grew... lol so i know what you mean on that one. Thanks also for writing in my journal. i need to update it. I have been keeping good track of my food journal but not posting it on here. shame on me.. lol
 
Goooooooooooooooood Morning everyone!!!!

I still can't belive I got my size 20's over my thighs and ass and then they almost closed!!! I don't even know how that's possible being a size 26 on June 1st... I mean the 20's aren't exactly my size yet but there close;)

My Harry Potter book.... just got here.... I'm very excited.... I'll be reading thoughout the day... I thought it wouln't get here till monday ... YAY!!!!

More fruit and veggies are definitely a good idea! Not only are they vital for good health but they'll aid your weight loss. Fruit is great for slaking your appetite between meals.

Keep it up Boam46, you're doing great! :)

My dietician has a my pet fat in the 5 lb block. When you touch it, it is sticky and wiggly....EWWWWW.

Harry Potter 7 was amazing! I read all night and into the afternoon...then slept until 7 this morning!!
 
Hello Everyone....

So Harry Potter... Definitly lives up to they hype... I stayed up until 4 am finishing it off...
I just couldn't go to sleep without knowing the end... I started reading it in '98 that's almost a decade ... LOL when your 21 that's a really really long time:)

I felt very neglectful of all the wonderful people here... I didn't post for anyone... I am soooooo sorry. Thank you to everyone who posted for me.

I had a bad diet day in terms of not eating... I didn't eat anything bad... it actually amazes me that I am going onto two months without eating any CRAP... I mean ANY...

Tomorrow I'm getting back on track with the exercising ... I am such a bum....

We are all doing soo great... I hope everyone is enjoying this great SUNDAY!!
