Compound Exercise Workout Help!!

Hey,hi from Mexico, I need help with a routine,
I'm 14 years old, 59kg /130lbs , 5'7 /171cm

Next year I'm reentering football,I'm a WR, I want to look like Terrel Owens, I think a compound exercise based routine would be best, I want to be fast and strong, oh and lean,
currently I'm doing Hiit and weight training with great results, but my fear is that i can get slow , because most of my weight training exercises consist of isolation exercises, and I don't want to look like a bodybuilder,I want to have the physique of an athlete,iwant to have functional muscle not bulk muscle.oh and if possible a total body workout, no split routine!
