Hi, glad you joined!
This place is great for advice and support!
I'm just going to say though, Rome wasn't built in a day, neither was your body, and neither will it leave after a few days even.
Being disgusted with your body may be the catalyst towards a big change, which is great. But do not make it the main motivator. A person should never find their entire self worth or motivation in their body. If they do, they will end up disappointed or crushed if things don't work out the way they had hoped.
Being 'undisguised' is not a reasonable goal... you reach it then quit and are still disgusted.
Fix your sites on reachable goals then set more goals. Like, taking out a few unhealthy items from your diet. Walking a certain distance in a certain time, running a 5k (Long term this one! I can't picture this for me yet) Or, chiseling your diet into a healthy lifestyle for your health.
Make small changes and stick to them etc etc. This is just my opinion so take it for what its worth.
Remember though, change starts in your mind.
