It is OK, if you are looking for some unique bodyweight exercises that you can use if or when you don't have access to weights. BUT, it does not live up to his "you can build more muscle than a professional bodybuilder with just bodyweight exercises" hype. And most of his "success stories" students have used weights for many years before ever trying any of his stuff so they did not get it all from his bodyweight exercises. AND beware, he will try to sell you a dozen more courses and gadgets, either directly or through endorsements of other products that he gets a click-through cut on.
