College, need help

I'm not the type of person that would ever do this.. (Post on forum..) But here goes.

I'm 6 foot 2, about 185 lbs. I'm not fat, but not skinny. When sitting down, I can grab a good 2 inches of fat off of my stomach. But when I'm standing, only about 1.

34 inch waist.

With a tight shirt on (and a tank top underneath (for the moobs,)) I look great. I've been asked if I had a six pack. But I don't.

I'm not toned at all. My arms look good if I flex them, but if I don't they just look like blobs.


I can't run 5 minutes without stopping to rest. It must be some medical condition or something. It's horrible. My lungs feel like they've been dropped in highly corrosive acid. They ache. And it takes 10 minutes to regain my breath.. After 5 minutes of running.

I'm in college, in the band. I play quads, which are really heavy.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I go and march with them on for about 2 hours. Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday I'm free.


So basically what I'm asking is:

Based on my current schedule... Give me a workout program? (I can join a gym if It's necessary)

My goal is to lose all the fat on my stomach, and get toned all around. And be able to run a mile.
