Your never to old...Only as old as you think you are.

Personally, what I liked to do is go swimming in the pool for 5 minutes and then Jacuzzi (sp) for 5 minutes and go back and forth for about 3-5 times. Then, when I shower, I would switch from really cold to hot. Just from personal experience but it helps with my recovery and soreness for me.

If it helps soreness i wouldnt mind giving it a go and seeing if its work for me...Im guessing this is after your workouts? Or few hours after to recover...
