Hi Ya'll,
I'm new to the forum. I know there are a lot of posts about the Cohen diet and refeed but I just wondered if there was anyone out there willing to share their refeed with me. I was a cohen member but I found the clinic really unsupportive when I really needed it towards the end and I just couldn't get the last 6 kilos off with the advice they were giving me.
I am now trying again on my own and going great guns but would really like a copy of someone's refeed as I know they are very similar and don't want to pay all over again!
