Hello. Thought I would offer a good recipe. I took a tomato and hollowed it out until it was the weight I was allowed to have and took some mozzarella balsamic, parsley, garlic powder, and oregano and stuffed them into the tomato and stuck on a grilling rack in the oven. Until cheese is brown and then eat. Very delicious
My all time favourite has been a dessert which is an apple cooked in Sprite Zero (or other flavour as allowed). I core it, microwave it, then pop it in the oven till just nicely turning brown. The oven bit really makes it. Tastes sweet, is totally on the diet, and fills a big hole in the evening.
I haven't done it much this time due to lack of time, but first time around I made this almost every night!
Forgot the Moroccan chicken soup. I found a combination of spices first time around with no sugar, caking agents and so on, which was basically Moroccan, then put it into the pot with my chicken allowance, a cup of water and other allowed veg from the allowance - particularly zucchini, a big of bok choy etc. I ate that many, many times first time around too!
The spicy prawns is pretty much my staple on Cohen. I eat it practically every day. When I take seafood at night, I tend to lose more the next day rather than meat the night before. Thank god for the spicy prawns, else I wouldn't have survived Cohen.
