Right now I weigh about 425 pounds (as of last Dr's visit). My worst weight ever recorded was about 465. My goal weight is 250. Once I reach 250, I will re-evaluate and consider whether or not I need to go lower. Currently I have a mini-goal of being under 400 by my gf's birthday, which is about 6 weeks away. I realize its a bit of a stretch, but i think it will motivate me to go hardcore and reach my other goals. Ive already got a pretty good knowledge base of nutritional and exercise information, so this shouldnt be too much of a challenge outside the whole willpower/motivation realm.
My plan is to eat healthy and exercise. I have just gone vegetarian today. We shall see how long that lasts...
Im not really sure what I want out of this Journal, and to what degree I will use it and keep it updated, but at least I have started it in case I need it.
