Club 190s

Great job Anke! I am still shooting to get there by the end of the month. You are going to be in the 170s by then at the rate you are going! Great job!
 
Yeah Anke! I might be there sooner than I thought...seriously! My "false low" has no gone down to 192.4 this morning. WOW! But I know I'm not eating enough calories (averaged 1200 this week when I should be closer to 1600-1800). So it might not last.

But we'll follow you soon Anke!
 
Well, I took care of my under-eating this week by drinking enough beer to kill a horse over the weekend! My calories averaged out to 1700 a day. But I wouldn't say they were "good" calories. Sigh. But I still had a great loss for the week - 2.4 pounds!
 
Eeh! I weighed in at 191 this morning. It wasn't "official" (that's Monday) and it was even on a different scale so maybe I should just settle down! But I was 191.8 on my scale yesterday so things are looking pretty good!
 
Thats great Madness! I keep losing and finding the same couple of pounds. I just can't seem to get past it. But you are doing great! Keep up the great work, I will follow you to the 180's just as soon as I can get there.
 
Soooo close! My weigh in yesterday put me at 190.9. I was a bit dehydrated from drinking though, so I'm up to 192.2 today. But I'm SURE I will be out of here by next week!
 
191.8 lbs today. Arg. Don't really see a reason for it. But my pants are noticeably loser so I'm not going to sweat it!
 
Official weigh in for the week: 191.1 lbs. (up from 190.9 lbs last week)

Yuck. But I did have an off weekend with being out of town and eating out. But I had been hovering a little high all week, so it wasn't unexpected. THIS week for sure! :p
 
Ok, deep breath. I drank last night and usually my weight drops the next day. But...I weighed in at 188.9 lbs this morning! EEEEHHHH!!! Ok, I'm sure I'll be up a lot tomorrow (this is the way these things go with me) but it was damn exciting to see that number on the scale.
 
Oh, I sure can taste it! I'm up to 193.1 lbs today, but I'll probably drop 2 pounds today and another tomorrow and then still be just hovering around 190. BUT I WILL DO IT THIS WEEK!
 
I guess I'm going to use this thread as my "weigh yourself every day" thread and update it once a week or so. Just seems easier to me (but hopefully I will be moving into a new club soon!). So here's what it's been like this month:

I can attribute every spike in weight to having drank two nights before. The first day, my weight plummets and then I gain a ton. A lot is water weight, but it also is actually slowing down my weight loss since I always seem to eat really crappy the next day after drinking a lot. Note to self: drink less. I'm not going to drink for the rest of the month - not until our dinner party on Aug 2nd.
 
Who is left in here? Come on guys, I'm leaving this place soon and it'll be awfully lonely in here!!! I swear Monday is my last day...
 
I'm trying to break throught he 190's and get to the 180s by the end of august, last weighs were
7/18: 193
7/21: 194 (TOM)
7/25: 191.5 (today)
Hopefully I'll only post on this thread for a couple more days...lol...but I'll see ya'll over in the 180's thread *wink*
