I'm trying I'm trying! I think all my excercising is building muscle and keeping me in the 190's. I'm 192 today. I also think I need to look at my diet and adjust my caloric intake. I hate being short.
Since I'm not weighing this week, I'm sticking around here until Monday. But I bet I screw up for my first week with no calorie counting, so I'm planning on an August 11th departure date.
Hmm...my departure from this club has been pushed back and back and back...ah well, I'm losing at a reasonable rate and I'm feeling so much healthier. The scale will move eventually!
I weighed in at 189.9 this am! Technically in the 180's but with daily fluctuations I'm not FIRMLY in the 180's just yet. I plan on drinking alot of water this weekend to combat sodium water weight... but, I only have .9 of a lbs to lose to be at my monday goal so I am very proud of myself. I rarley achieve goals I've set for myself in the weight loss arena.
Well don't worry about being all alone in here. It looks like I am going to be here awhile. I have been out of town at my neices wedding. Not good for my diet plan. I weighed in at 196.5 this morning. I was 194 when I left last Thursday! But back on track today, and I will just have to lose it again. It was worth it though. All that sea food and cream of crab soup in Baltimore. MMMMMMM!!!!
I hate the set back, it seems this diet is moving slower than any other time I have ever done this. I guess I am just getting old.
Welcome everyone! I shed my water weight from taking 4 days off last week (wasn't actually supposed to be "off"...) and I'm back to 190.2 today. I'm hoping next week then! It's always "next" week...
Oh man! We are in the same shoes my friend. Here's some advice. Don't take the weekend off and then be surprised when you are still in the 190s club after weighing in right at the edge just before!
I think I'm a one-day-at-a-time person, this is sort of my first time seriously trying to lose weight so I'm not really sure. :[ Kinda hoping to be out of the 190's by september, I think I can do it

Well, fortunately most of what I was carrying around turned out to be water weight. I weighed in at 189.1 lbs this morning! My official day is Monday but I'll be out of town, so Sunday will be my make or break day for being in or out of the club. Of course, then I'm going to be spending a week out of town so maybe I just shouldn't even leave the club until I get back! You know how vacations are!
