Club 140s

thanks Omega!

just as I expected 140 today :)

I so wanna go exercise...got work to do for now, but expect to do some serious cardio in the evening...
 
140 again today (well 139 after a few tries :D)...will break through this weekend I will workout more than usual (like play tennis or something)

I expect to spend the next few weeks hovering between club 130s and club 140s. Today's weight 140.4 pounds.
 
I haven't dared to weigh myself this past week... :(

Have had too much work, limited sleeping..and disastrous eating...but I just have to learn how to manage my time...so I plan on eating healthy this week and exercising so I'll dare step on the scale the following week...:)
 
hey guys,i'm new here,,and ive been stuck at 145 for along time too :( to be honest,when i started dieting i knew the 140s would be the hardest to conquer.but i didnt know it would be this hard,im very frustrated.i know i will eventually lose those stubborn pounds but aaahh i cant wait

eigna - welcome to the club and to the forum.

greentearocks - good luck for when you decide to face up to the scales. I always think that it is best to see the damage. Sometimes it is not as bad as you fear - and we may as well know what we have to deal with before it gets out of hand. As you can see from my ticker start weight - things have been known to get out of hand for me and it would have been so much easier to deal with if I hadnt put my head into the sand until my weight doubled.

I am still here and expect to be here another couple of weeks now. I lost nothing in what should have been my second of two weeks of weight loss. I went away for the weekend and ending up eating bad things on both Friday and Saturday making me gain. I am due to start retaining water any day and it normally adds on 3 to 4 pounds to my weight for 12 to 14 days. This will be enough to keep me in the 140s for the next two weeks for certain. Hopefully I can get down to the 130s in my next two week window for weight loss.

None of us can wait to get out of here.
 
I have held back from announcing that I have left this club because in all honesty I have been expecting to start retaining water for a few days.

My weights for the past few days are as follows:
Saturday... 07/06/2008 9st13.6 i.e. 139.6 pounds
Sunday..... 08/06/2008 9st12.0 i.e. 138.0 pounds
Monday..... 09/06/2008 9st12.2 i.e. 138.2 pounds
Tuesday.... 10/06/2008 9st12.2 i.e. 138.2 pounds
Wednesday 11/06/2008 9st12.2 i.e. 138.2 pounds

I have just announced my membership of the 130s - but would really not be surprised to wiggle back up to visit for a little while.
 
OMG!! I'm at 140!! I thought I'd be at 146-7 at least! wow!

This two or three weeks I exercised (walked for an hour) maybe two or three times and I tried to always make it a point to expend all my energy before going to bed (not going to bed until I felt a little hungry, which wasn't on purpose since I stay up late because of work and if I felt hungry...not that hungry...I wouldn't eat)..

greentearocks - That's great news - you will be in the 130s any day. I told you that sometimes it is not as bad as you think.

well 138 and 139 this morning...I always gt different numbers on the scale the first and the second time (I probably weigh in at least 5 times hehe)...not joining the 130s club yet :)
