Hello everyone. It was really cold this morning, so I decided to put on a sweater.
Then it hit me. I put it all in this word equation that I will make up in this instant to be funny.
More clothing = more insulation = more heated muscles = better gains (?)
Is this true at all? It seem's to make very good sense. Because the muscles and body is hotter, it will make you sweat more = burn stuff more efficiently and faster?
Does this hypothesis have any truth to it?
