I was just trying to find a vid on youtube of some cleans to send a buddy when i found this.



skip to 1min for the really lovely form.
 
if he actually tried to get it into the rack position, it would be way easier. Holding a weight like that after continental cleaning it is hard! :p
 
what is that move called?
the one where he transfers the weight from his belly, then bends his back at a right angle/
