I am training with my friend, I am better than him at Squat and Deadlift, but he is better than me in bench and clean and jerk. He does have short arms that helps with both of those, but I dont want to make any exuses. What exercises should I do to increase my clean and jerk. The hardest part for me is the jerk(putting the weight overhead), i can never lock out right away, party of it is because i have long arms. Any help would be great.
