Woohoo! :doh:

It took me about a half hour but I found how to make a diary. Hopefully I can find it again next time. I'll be 23 on friday, I'm mom to a cheeky little 1 1/2 yr old boy. I weigh about 180 lbs and I need to lose at least 60 lbs. Well, I have excercised 5 days in a row. Maybe not impressive to you. But I'm impressed with myself! I have to be the laziest most flaky person I know. I've never done ANYthing consistently for 5 days in a row. So it's not that much excercise and I'm not eating great. But it's a start. Especially considering I've dreamt of losing weight for 10 years now. Since I stopped wearing shorts at 13. :( . I think being a mom and a wife for a couple years has grown me up a little. Maybe I can keep this going. I'm looking up recipes right now to make a sort of weekly meal plan. My biggest problem will be keeping it realistic and not getting depressed when I don't lose 5 lbs a week. What I really need is a friend. I don't have many friends and I don't have ANY overweight friends. Help! I need someone to chat with daily. If you interested my yahoo ID is sunshiny_babykins. I'll be back! Welcome to WLF. You're certainly not doing anything wrong. Starting to exercise is a wonderful start. The most important thing is that you have made a decision to change for yourself and you have begun.
